  • tried to make an appointment and a week ahead I thought I would be able to get in when I wanted, but no I had to wait and then my problem wouldn't be addressed until I arrived. I knew what part was needed but could not get an answer if it was in stock. the oil change that's free is set to make you wait to long and in hopes you do it on your own. my vehicle is 2011 cruze certified.I couldn't get a car fax they used auto check that said one incident but did not identify a problem. this makes me wonder about previous usage.
