  • Arrived at 7:00 AM and was promtly checked in. Latter in the day i was called and told i had nais in the two front tires and it was suggested i get four new tires or i could just replace the two. I was given several tire and price options, i had all tires replaced, front end alligned and the oil changed which was the original reason for the visit.   • Dropped Suburban of for four new tires. Also was told I needed a sensor replaced & it would be in till the afternoon. I live 2 hours away & had some business to conduct so I was not worried about the time. After 10 minutes I received a phone call from my wife that my nephew was killed in car wreck on his way to school that morning. Tony Nordman the general manager gave me, actually told me to take his Tahoe & go be with my family. Not only was this a great jesture but they sent someone with my Suburban the next day to delivery it to me 2 hours away. This dealership already was worth the 2 hour drive even though there are more local dealers but it shows that they truly put their customers first.
